I have received the wrong product - what do I do?
We are very sorry to hear that you have received the wrong order.
Please get in touch with us at support@driveyetech.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
How Do I Exchange An Item/Order?
You can exchange a purchased product (except for Deal Priced Products) within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To exchange an item or order, contact us with support@driveyetech.com and we will provide you with our current return address.
Important Notice:
Final Deal Priced Products can only be refunded or exchanged for quality issues.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you encounter an issue with a damaged or defective item, report it to us immediately. We are committed to rectifying the problem and expediting a replacement for you.
Non-returnable Items:
Please note that sale items, custom products, and gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned. If you seek an alternative item, please process a return for the original item, where applicable, and place a new order.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. The processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
