Like any business,driveyetech.com reserves the right to change its pricing and fees at any time. From time to time we also run special promotions, discounts and coupons, typically targeting various demographic groups or advertising tools. We reserve the right to approve or deny any and all coupon codes, discounts and/or promotions at our discretion. Customers are limited to one coupon code per order.

Weather / Natural Disaster Delay
driveyetech.com stands by our promise to complete and ship your order within 5 Business Days. If for any reason we do close due to extreme or dangerous weather that could harm our employees we will update the customer. We offer FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping methods. Mail carrier delays are outside of our control, and should be handled through them.
Large Orders & Proof Delays
For larger orders of 200 or more, it may take longer than 5 production days. Additionally, any delays in reviewing proofs will likely impact the initial promised delivery date, and we are not responsible for any delays this may cause. We urge customers to review and confirm proofs as soon as possible in order to minimize delays in the production and shipping processes.
How do I place an order?
Find the products you like and click on "ADD TO CART".
Go to the shopping bag by clicking on the BAG icon located in the top right corner of the page, and once there, click "CHECK OUT". Then, fill in your information and click "PLACE ORDER".
Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.
Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email support@driveyetech.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If your order has been already checked out, you could contact us via support@driveyetech.com and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via support@driveyetech.com
However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.
My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?
If you have created an account with us, you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at support@driveyetech.com..
I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact with us via support@driveyetech.com and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.
How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?
On the checkout page, there is an option to "Enter Discount Code".
Simply enter your voucher or discount code and the amount will be subtracted from your order total.

We provide free shipping for all driveyetech products. Some products are only available in specific regions. Please check the product page for details or contact us via support@driveyetech.com.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide FREE SHIPPING for all driveyetech Brand products.
How long does shipping take?
When you have completed the order details and enter "checkout page", there will show the expected shipping time of your order.
*In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. But sometimes the actual delivery date may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.
Please contact with us under support@driveyetech.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.
Why have I only received part of my order?
Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us under support@driveyetech.com.
