At this time, we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases.

Once we ship your order, we'll also send you an email with your tracking number. You can also go to your Account page and click on the order you're interested in tracking. You'll find the order number next to each of the items that has shipped.
We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will ship the following week.
We offer FREE shipping within the U.S. on all orders, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the item (excluding sale items). If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot process a return for you.
If you encounter issues with damaged or defective items, please report them to us immediately. We are committed to resolving the issue and expediting the process of replacing the item or initiating a return and refund.

Warranty
DRIVEYE provides an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase for all original dash cams and accessories purchased on driveyetech.com.
Within the warranty period, if any product fails due to design flaws, material defects, or manufacturing issues, DRIVEYE will provide free repair or replacement service.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or external forces (e.g., dropping, impact, water exposure);
- Repairs or modifications conducted by unauthorized service providers;
- Issues resulting from failure to follow the user manual for operation or maintenance;
- Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches, discoloration, or stains from regular use;
- Products that are beyond the warranty period.
Contact DRIVEYE after-sales support and provide the following:
- Valid proof of purchase;
- Description of the issue;
- Photos or videos illustrating the defect;
Once the issue is verified, the service team will arrange the repair or replacement accordingly.
Repair: Typically completed within 7–14 business days after receiving the product (depending on the complexity of the issue).
Replacement: Once the issue is confirmed, the replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

No. The dash cam records and functions normally without Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is only needed when transferring videos or photos to the app. For better power efficiency and longer device lifespan, we recommend turning Wi-Fi off when not in use.
